Each alpaca is unique, they have individual characters and it is important to us that we "pair" the right alpaca with the right person. For instance, not all alpacas are suitable for use in therapy situations, they need a very specific temperament; yet they need a completely different temperament if you want them to guard your lambs or poultry. 

Our ethos is about having healthy, calm and confident alpacas that are suitable for a variety of uses but that all will happily come to see you and take feed from your hand. We halter train every one of them from an early age to ensure that they are ready for life and do so in a gentle and caring manner.
